Compound mixingown formula, own line

Kneader 75 L + 55 L, open mill 22" + 18", batch-off cooling and automatic chemical weighing. A 3 L kneader and a 6" mill for trial batches.

Preforming

Extruder with in-line cutter, and rubber cut-feeding, 3 units.

Compression & transfer molding

33 hydraulic hot presses: 250 t × 15 · 150 t × 2 · 100 t vacuum × 2 · 63 t × 4 · 50 t × 10.

Injection moldingLin Cheng · Matsuda

13 rubber injection machines: 300 t × 2 · 200 t cool runner × 9 · 200 t × 2.

Mold size accepted

Press platen 300 × 390 mm up to 650 × 650 mm.

Metal preparationfor bonded parts

Degreasing, shot blasting and phosphating. All in-house, on 2 drum shot blast machines and our own phosphating line.

Bonding

3 spray booths. Bond strength verified by pull test.

Finishing

High-speed and nitrogen deflashing, vibratory tumbling, trimming, post-cure ovens, 2 laser markers and laser cleaning.

Metal parts

Machined in-house: CNC lathe × 4 · turret punch × 6 · drilling × 5 · sawing × 6 · hydraulic press 5–100 t × 6 · power press 80 t × 2.

A 2D drawing, a 3D file, or the physical sample, with the application and the volume you expect.

02Feasibility & quotation

We confirm the compound, the process and the tooling, then quote piece price and mold together.

03Sample, trial, production

First article with its documents. Once approved, your portal account opens with the first PO.
